In November of 2012, Gini at Ginisology surprised me with a request to interview me for the "May I Introduce To You" series at GeneaBloggers. What an honor!
The "May I Introduce To You" series provides a wonderful way for us to get to know our fellow geneabloggers. Gini does a fantastic job with these interviews. I'm sure it must take a great deal of time on her part to put these all together.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Gini for giving me this opportunity, and Thomas MacEntee for publishing this series on his GeneaBloggers website.

ReplyDeleteHi Peter,
DeleteWhy thank you so much! You're so kind.
And thanks so much for stopping by!
I enjoyed reading this interview:) I appreciate your comment about "genealogy being for the more mature" or something to that affect. I am also glad that I have started at a young age, it means there is so much more time to discover!
ReplyDeleteHi Michael,
DeleteThank you so much for reading my interview.
I'm glad you agree with me that genealogy isn't only for the more "mature" citizens amongst us. It really is something that can and should be enjoyed by all age groups.
Thanks so much for stopping by and for your kind comments!
Enjoyed reading the interview, Jana!

ReplyDeleteHi Debi,
DeleteThank you! You're so sweet! I'm glad I could be of some help to you.
Thanks for stopping by and for your kind comments!
Jana,
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the interview. I love the hunt as well, and I couldn't agree more that it is so important to start as young as possible. Even if a person can spend an hour a week, that will help. It has been four months since I joined Geneabloggers, Thank you for following me when I was just getting started.
Regards, Grant
Hi Grant,
DeleteThank you for reading my interview! You're so welcome for following your blog. Speaking of which, I see you have a second blog. I just followed that one too. :)
Thanks for stopping by!
Jana,
ReplyDeleteI just nominated you for the "Liebster Blog Award." Liebster means "dearest" and when I think of that word and the bloggers I know, you are one of the ones that comes to my mind.
I've explained more about the Liebster Blog Award on my blog post today.
Thanks again for sharing your blog with all of us.
Betty
Hi Betty,
DeleteThank you so much! You're so very sweet to think of me for this award. I've recently been the recipient of the Liebster Blog Award, so I will instead gratefully accept this as an honorary award. :)
Thank you again for your kind words and for nominating my blog for this award!
Jana, I was really happy to see your interview. It was a pleasure to read ... I also appreciated your comment about genealogy being for people of any age. You're one of the bloggers who really inspires me ... keep up the good work!
