I have a great physical therapist that always gets me through. He's taught me enough good stretches that sometimes I can feel it starting to be a problem and stop it from progressing with those stretches. I hope it clears up quickly for you. :)Amberlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16843430097216611584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8639808443739233405.post-78508309653309232392017-05-26T19:57:24.631-07:002017-05-26T19:57:24.631-07:00You take care Jana. Ergonomically much better. It's difficult/painful to move or raise my arm in certain positions. This happened to me several years ago. ...Hi Jana,

This happened to me several years ago. I had pain in my upper arm and also my shoulder while mousing. I feared I was having a heart attack and went to the R. They said no, which was a relief. My doctor prescribed physical therapy to strengthen the arm muscles and joint mobility and that seemed to work. I modified my mousing style - I was mousing with my right arm extended to the right and not resting on anything, and I started trying to mouse with my arm at right angles to my body and resting my forearm on the desk corner, thereby not stressing my shoulder and supporting my arm.
